Replacement options:

The complete control box will need to be replaced. Nano series units are being retired by the manufacturer. If you still want to stay with the Nano series you can replace the unit with 75043A which is a complete Nano Plus controller. The other option is replacing the controller with the newest series unit which is the AutoPilot ChlorSync Gen II. Please see below for links to both units:

AutoPilot Pool Pilot part # STK0061B is the replacement power supply circuit board kit for AutoPilot Pool Pilot Digital Nano systems (it is not compatible with Digital Nano "Plus" versions). This kit includes the circuit board, internal wire connectors, fuses, and installation instructions.

Manufacturer's Part #: STK0061B - This circuit board also is the direct replacement for part # STK0061A. The STK0061A version has been discontinued and replaced by the STK0061B.
