After spending two years of people trying to fix our flow issue on our salt cell, we read it may be the tri sensor. We were exasperated that no one seemed to know how to fix it. I read a review of the salt pool guys and checked the site. We had been ghosted an entire summer last year by the company that built our pool, but the salt pool guys (Chase) answered all my questions within about a half hour. It was a miracle. He answered all my questions about installation and found the parts for me. The parts arrived days later and we installed it in about 15 minutes. Our pool is working perfectly for the first time since we built it five years ago. We are so thankful and recommend this company highly. Oh, and by the way, this fix was a third of the cost of a repair done last year that didn’t even fix the problem! We are so relieved to have it all working again.
