We purchased property and with it came a huge 32k gallon pool. Grandkids are ready to swim. Was having issues with salt cell. Everything ran except no chlorine. Contacted team and Chase responded. He walked me through trouble shooting the system and had me replace the wires in the controller (very easy - all color coded). System appears to be running great now. Don't go wrong, stick with these guys and you'll be very satisfied. Thanks again Chase and team.

I had a burned out wire causing a low amp reading on my Pool Pilot Nano. The manufactured suggested ordering the STK0066 wire replacement kit. Salt Pool Guys had it in stock and shipped it quickly. I decided to replace all the wires in the kit and it was quick and easy. Should have done this sooner.
You all did a great job identifying the problem I had and sending me the replacement kit, along with help replacing the old wires. Many thanks for great help/.
