AutoPilot Pool Pilot Nano/Nano+ Wire Replacement Kit - STK0066-

After finally finding a replacement power board for my pool pilot, I set about to install the board. I found that some of the wiring had burned up and contacted SPG for a replacement kit of wires. The package arrived two days later and the pool pilot is now working again. Thanks for the speedy shipment.

Best technical support ever. The salt pool guys walked me through the diagnostics, identified my problem and sent me a link to the part needed to fix it. What more could you ask for.

These guys truly are pros!! I sent them a text, they answered almost immediately. I explained my issue with my Autopilot pool pilot salt generator; they told me to open up the system and take a picture of it. I sent them the picture and less than 60 seconds later they told me that some wiring appeared burnt out. The technician diagnosed the problem from a photo!!! And I can tell you it wasn't that obvious because I completely missed it. If you have one of these systems, I would not hesitate to use these guys. Awesome Service!! Thanks guys, I thought I was going to have to buy a whole new system.

By replacing the wire kit did not fix the issue I had to buy a new cell and cable. Poor troubleshooting from the service tech. Did nost ask to check the cell until after replacing the wire kit for the control box. Had to payt for shipping back the wire kit. an extra $20 for nothing
