I had a burned out wire causing a low amp reading on my Pool Pilot Nano. The manufactured suggested ordering the STK0066 wire replacement kit. Salt Pool Guys had it in stock and shipped it quickly. I decided to replace all the wires in the kit and it was quick and easy. Should have done this sooner.
You all did a great job identifying the problem I had and sending me the replacement kit, along with help replacing the old wires. Many thanks for great help/.
The person I spoke to at SaltPoolGuys was so incredible helpful. He sent me the parts I needed after diagnosing my problem, and he took me through the fix with expert advice about what to avoid when swapping out some of the internal wiring. This was an incredible customer service experience.
