  • SaltPoolGuys.com is an authorized dealer of AquaCal heat pumps. We also offer a wide selection of AquaCal replacement parts.
  • Technical and warranty support for any AquaCal heat pump product is handled directly by the manufacturer during their normal business hours Monday - Friday (closed on weekends and major holidays). We do not have access to the technical library that AquaCal's tech support team uses.
  • AquaCal Replacement Parts Warranty Policy: If an AquaCal replacement part was purchased from SaltPoolGuys.com and AquaCal advises that we need to send a replacement item under warranty please be sure to make note of the AquaCal employee you communicated with so we can expedite our follow up. Any warranty inquiries for parts must be first handled and verified by AquaCal.
