Replace Digital Nano Cover

Existing cover plastic over the pushbuttons broke on the existing cover installed in 2015. Replaced same with new cover, no issues. However the LED screen has again gone bad. It was replaced once under warranty. Please advise if second LED screen is under warranty. Thank you
