AUTOPILOT POOL PILOT EVOLVE
The Ultimate Salt Chlorine Generator
AutoPilot Pool Pilot Evolve: The Ultimate Salt Chlorine GeneratorThe AutoPilot Evolve is a precision-engineered, sensor-driven system designed for the modern pool owner. As the oldest US-based manufacturer of salt chlorine generators, producing industry-leading technology since 1976, AutoPilot has perfected the reliability and performance that other brands are still trying to figure out.
PATENTED BYPASS MANIFOLD
Most other salt systems use a "straight-pipe" design. The exclusive & patented AutoPilot manifold is a specialized piece of engineering:
- Variable Speed Optimized: While systems like the Pentair IntelliChlor has a tight 25–80 GPM tolerance, the AutoPilot manifold works perfectly from 15-20 GPM to 100 GPM. This ensures you actually save money on your electric bill with your VS pump.
- The "Last Line of Defense": Includes an exclusive strainer screen that prevents debris from entering the cell. No other manufacturer offers this.
- True Salt Sensing: The Tri-Sensor (Flow, Temp, Salt) reads salt levels independently of the cell. Competitors like Hayward and Pentair "calculate" salt based on cell performance, which becomes wildly inaccurate as the cell ages often causing frustrated pool owners to prematurely replace their salt cell.
- Vertical Safety: The vertical design naturally dissipates hydrogen gas, eliminating the "gas pocket" explosion hazards found in horizontal installations.
SMART FEATURES & PERFORMANCE
Temperature Compensation
Automatically adjusts chlorine output based on water temperature (above or below 77°F). It prevents over-chlorination in winter and keeps the pool clear in summer heat.
Boost Mode
A simple one-touch 24-hour "shock" cycle for after heavy use or rain.
PoolSync WiFi Compatible
Add the optional PoolSync Wi-Fi controller to monitor & control the Evolve from your phone.
VARIABLE SPEED PUMP READY
The AutoPilot Pool Pilot Evolve is the most "VS-pump friendly" salt system on the market today while also being fully compatible with traditional single speed pool pumps.
A common complaint with competing salt systems is that they often struggle with "Low Flow" errors when running at high-efficiency speeds. When this happens the pump output needs to be turned up, negating the cost savings of the variable speed pump.
The Evolve's Patented Bypass Manifold is engineered to activate at flow rates as low as 15–20 GPM. This allows you to maximize the energy savings of a variable speed pump without sacrificing chlorine production.
