AquaCal Part FAQs
Unfortunately in most cases this is not an answer that we have. If we do have compatibility info it will be listed in the "Product Details" section above. If it is not listed above then we do not have this info.
AquaCal has made adjustments to parts over the years and in cases where we do not list this information in the above "Product Details" it is because AquaCal will need to identify the proper part # based on your model & serial info.
Yes! We are an authorized AquaCal dealer and this is an authentic AquaCal part. As such this part carries AquaCal's 1 year manufacturer's warranty for replacement parts.
Purchasing from an authorized AquaCal dealer is critical to ensure that you have warranty coverage. If a part is purchased from a non-authorized dealer you will not get the manufacturer's warranty as per their written warranty policy.
For AquaCal products you will need to reach out directly to AquaCal during their regular business hours (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) with the model # & serial # of your AquaCal unit for installation, troubleshooting or technical questions. We do not have access to AquaCal's technical library needed for assistance with AquaCal units.
