Purchasing from an authorized AquaCal dealer is critical to ensure that you have warranty coverage. If a part is purchased from a non-authorized dealer you will not get the manufacturer's warranty as per their written warranty policy.
For AquaCal products you will need to reach out directly to AquaCal during their regular business hours (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) with the model # & serial # of your AquaCal unit for installation, troubleshooting or technical questions. We do not have access to AquaCal's technical library needed for assistance with AquaCal units.

Worked perfectly for Aquacal swimming pool heater / cooler.
It worked great. I was advised to purchase the extra water temp sensor which saved me. The old water temp sensor was found to be bad (not the air temp sensor) and there was the ?OEM? error. The instructions should have a troubleshooting guide on what to do if you have a bad temp sensor. It would help to know how to test the sensor or how to swap them out via trial and error until it works. Keep in mind that this was my first time ever doing this.
It was received in a timely manner. When it installed the temperature is one degree different from my Pentair app. Not sure how to adjust that. Other than that I am happy with your service.
Ordering was easy and exact parts arrived on time. Completed installation and system is working correctly.
I received the STK0270 kit (which I paid for) faster than AquaCal could send it to me for free (which is why I ordered it). The board was fine, but the HP11 display was a dud out of the box. In the meantime, I received a working HP11 display from AquaCal, so I was able to resolve my customer’s issue (albeit not in a timely manner).
