How do I know if I have an actual warranty issue?
About half of the warrantie inquiries that we recieve turn out to no be realted to a product that the warranty is being submitted for. 

Can I submit a warranty claim to SaltPoolGuys.com for a product I didn't purchase from SaltPoolGuys.com?
Unfourantnely not. To keep the highest levels of customer service for our customers we can only assist our customers with warranty inquiries. We would recommend that you contact your dealer or the manufacturer directly for assitance.  

Do I need to purchase my AutoPilot Pool Pilot product from an authorized dealer for warranty be active?
We should preface this answer my first saying that we are not the manufacturer. We can not state what the manufacturer may or may not do. What we can tell you is that buying from an authorized should certainly protect you.

Is my warranty valid outside of the US?
We ship within the 50 US states only. We do understand that some customers ship products to a US address and later bring the products with them to another country. We can not assist with warranty situations for products installed outside of the 50 US states.
