I installed the board and it appears to have fixed the problem. Thank you for prompt reply. The replacement was more difficult than it had to be because I didn't know I was able, in my configuration, to cut off a connector instead of removing it. A phone call to your tech enlightened me and replacement went quickly after that.

Ordered a replacement board and called tech support to have Chase walk me through the install. He was super easy to work with and accurate with every step of the process. Made it super simple and the product is working like new!
