Terms of Sale Policies
Consumer Information
Any consumer information provided by
SaltPoolGuys.com is for informational purposes only. You should consult a
local and licensed (if required in your locale) professional for any help
with electrical, plumbing, digging, and so on. The information provided
by SaltPoolGuys.com is not intended as substitute for professional
consultation regarding product use, installation, maintenance or repair.
If professional assistance is required, the services of a professional
person should be sought.
Warranty
Products sold by SaltPoolGuys.com are
covered by the manufacturer's warranties and are subject to their terms
and conditions. There are NO other warranties, either expressed or
implied by SaltPoolGuys.com. We will at the customer's request work and
help in anyway possible to assist with a warranty issue should the need
arise. At no time is SaltPoolGuys.com responsible for any warranty claims
on any products sold.
Pricing and Availability
Any pricing information listed online or in
any other fashion is subject to change without notice. From time to time
our inventory runs low and we could be sold out of a specific item. We
work hard to have adequate supplies of product on hand at all times.
Purchasers will be notified within two business days if an item is not
available for shipping.
Special Offers and Sales
Special offers and Sales are limited to
current available inventory.
Shipping and Delivery
Some orders could have products that do not
ship together (i.e. your salt system would ship from our warehouse and
your pool cleaner could ship directly from the factory). This may
cause items to arrive on different dates.
Returns
Merchandise will not be accepted for return
without prior authorization from SaltPoolGuys.com. The returned
merchandise must be marked in accordance with our return instructions
(which will be given at the time of authorization). All returned
merchandise must be new and unused with the exception of defective goods.
A 15% restocking charge will be applied against any credit for salable
merchandise. All goods must be returned with freight pre-paid by the
customer within 30 days of receipt of the shipment. Exclusions:
Custom and special order items are not returnable.

Jurisdiction
The information contained on the
SaltPoolGuys.com website shall be deemed provided in the state of
Louisiana. The information shall be deemed subject to Louisiana law. If
any part of the "SaltPoolGuys.com Terms of Sale Policies" are unlawful,
void or unenforceable, the part will be deemed severable and will not
effect the validity and enforceability of the remanding portions.
